Please be advised, the President of the United States has issued an Executive Order establishing a Presidential Emergency Board (PEB) effective July 18, 2022. The Executive Order can be viewed by Clicking Here.

As a result, there will be NO STRIKE or SELF-HELP exercised on Monday, July 18, 2022.

We will continue to update you as the process moves along. The PEB will have 30 days to deliberate and issue its recommendations.
